Gl.free - Vanilla Cheesecake nr 3
The tastiest base til now.
This time the base consists of:
"almond crumb base"
55g butter (should probly cut down to 40 or add more egg white)
2 or 2,5 dl almonds approx.
30g brown sugar
1 tps egg white ( could be upped to halv an egg white)
Mix together and put into base and bake for 10 minutes.
Add filling:
beat together;
2 eggs,
350g cream cheese
1 dl cream
80 gram sugar
vanilla essence
Add filling to base. Bake til "jiggling as a whole" at 100 degrees in fan oven - add sour cream mixed with vanilla sugar topping (sour cream and a bit of vanilla essence and a tsp. of sugar) - and bake a further 10 minutes.
