Another Brownies

Ok gluten-free recipe from a bakery in London. 

Makes a small cake tin of brownies:

75g butter
1 egg
125g chocolate
120-130g sugar
25-30g rice flour

Melt choc and butter
Mix dry ingredients
Mix all together and bake for;
180 degrees for 25 minutes
